How it is made: Simple homemade automatic wall bike rack, another life hack with a drill

It is pretty convenient to have your bike mounted on the wall so that it takes minimal space in your home. But having to lift it every time you want to use it or put it back can cause pain. With this wall bike rack you can easily lift your bike using a power drill. In the video tutorial i am building a short version which requires the front wheel to be slightly lifted from the ground but it can really be build any length. Lifting the front wheel is not required. Watch it and see how it is build!

Expensive drill press? In many home wood-working projects this is all you need: Simple Dowel Jig

How to make straight holes at a fixed distance in wood or any other material? One option is using a drill press, but they cost and sometimes it is just not worth buying one if it is needed in very rare home projects only. The tool i am showing you how to build in the video tutorial below is pretty much enough in many home fixing projects and can completely eliminate the need for an expensive drill press. Total cost of materials is only 2-3 Euros and it takes minutes to make it. Tools required: Saw, a piece of wood and a small lineal.

CNC + Makita RT0700C: setting up and engraving picture on wood

In this video tutorial i am going to show you how to attach a router to a CNC machine, in this case the Makita RT0700C, and then engrave a picture on wood. The router is secured with bolts to the CNC and can easily be mounted and dismounted again. The picture is a simple .jpg image.
